SITUATED IN A PEACEFUL LOCATION This attractive 18th century mid-terraced cottage is set in glorious countryside between Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor perfectly placed for touring and walking the South West. Approached via a quiet narrow country road it s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy what both counties have to offer. The pretty historical market town of Tavistock is a short drive as well as Trethorne Country Park which offers a host of activities for families and children. On those rainy days nearby Milton Abbot is home to The Barn Climbing Wall with a selection of sporting activities. Further afield why not visit The Eden Project a variety of National Trust gardens or the golf course at St Mellion which is 1.5 miles. Bude and Widemouth beaches on the North Cornish coast are a 40 minute drive or visit Polperro & Looe on the South coast all providing a lovely day out. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: family size bath with mixer tap and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated on the ground floor large and open-plan with rustic furnishings lounge area is cosy with TV DVD and deep inglenook fireplace with woodburner (first basket of logs provided). Large pine dining table seating 4. Kitchen area with double oven microwave fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: pretty south-facing garden with a small pond (take care with children) and a lawn area with seating. Amenities: garage for 1 medium-sized car. Bed linen electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets. Guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot and highchair although space is limited. Location: beaches approximately 19 miles pub 1.5 miles shop 4 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
